2. Gokyo Ri – 5,360 m

3. Larkya La Pass – 5,160 m (Nepal high altitude viewpoints)

You work 16 days on the Manaslu Circuit to earn this pass. When you finally step on top, ten giant peaks stare you down. Your legs hate you. Your soul thanks you. Pure reward.

4. Meso Kanto La (above Tilicho Lake) – 5,300 m

Most people stop at Tilicho Lake and call it a day. Keep climbing the ridge and you unlock a secret Nepal high altitude viewpoint. Annapurna walls look close enough to touch. Only the brave get this one.

5. Thorong La Pass – 5,416 m (Nepal high altitude viewpoints)

Highest trekking pass in the world. You start at 4 a.m., lungs burning, then the sun hits and prayer flags go wild. Annapurna on one side, Dhaulagiri on the other. Many people cry happy tears here.

6. Mardi Himal Upper Ridge – around 4,800-5,000 m

Everyone knows Poon Hill. Almost nobody continues to the real Mardi high point. Fishtail Mountain looks sharp enough to cut the sky. Zero crowds. Feels like you discovered it yourself.

7. Paragliding from Sarangkot – eye level with 7,000 m peaks
