Who We Are

Empowering Women in Outdoor Adventure

At Navigate Outdoor, we believe the future of Nepal’s adventure tourism must include strong female leadership. While Nepal’s breathtaking mountains offer immense opportunities for outdoor adventure, there’s still much progress needed when it comes to women’s inclusion and leadership in this field.

Why We Advocate for Women Outdoors?

As outdoor professionals in both Nepal and the USA, we’ve seen firsthand the positive impact of women leading in nature. In the West, women often hold leadership roles in outdoor tourism. This contrast inspires us to push for change at home in Nepal — where many women are eager to join the field but lack access to proper training and opportunities.

Our Effort

What We’re Doing?

Our mission is to build a solid foundation of outdoor education and skills for women. We aim to train future female leaders who can thrive in adventure tourism and represent Nepal with pride on the global stage. Our training programs go beyond a single course — we’re building sustainable careers and meaningful change.
