Standard Equipment List for trekking

Below is a list of the equipment and clothing you will need to bring on your trip. Your trip will likely take you through a variety of weather conditions – this list is designed to make sure you are equipped to cope with these variations in climate.

Lip-balm, sunblock, headlamp, toothbrush, toothpaste, toiletries, a watch must have your own + toilet papers rolls

 

1. Any doctor’s prescription, medicine, and vaccination record?

2. Do you have enough meds for your expedition/trip?

3. Don’t need malaria med unless you are planning to travel to India / Terai after/before the trip.

4. We provide group first kits for primary care in the field.

Many of these items are available for rental or purchase in Kathmandu. If you would like to hire or purchase equipment in Kathmandu before your trip, please let us know and we will make the necessary arrangements. However, we strongly suggest you bring your own (well worn-in) hiking boots.
